The Petitioner has restricted his claim in the Petition for a direction to the Respondent/CIDCO to decide the representation of the Petitioner dated 20/6/2013 and 19/2/2015.

Taking into consideration the innocuous nature of the prayer in the Petition, we are inclined to give a direction to the CIDCO to decide the representation made by the Petitioner in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of 8 weeks from today.
