DATED : 18th AUGUST 2022 P.C:- The applicant who is arraigned as accused no.2 in CR.No. 114/2020 face accusation u/s.353, 504 of the IPC and Sections 4, 25 of the Arms Act along with Section 37(1) and 135 of the Maharashtra Police Act.

The Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court through the learned APP, make a specific statement that the custodial interrogation of the applicant is not warranted in the background of the accusations faced by him and it would be sufficient if he reports to the Investigating Officer and co-operate with the investigation.

O R D E R

(a) In the event of his arrest, the Applicant - Parvin Irfan Ansari in connection of C.R.No.114/2022 registered with Bhoiwada police station, Bhiwandi, District Thane shall be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond to the extent of Rs.25,000/- with one or two sureties of the like amount.

(b) The applicant shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with facts of case so as to dissuade him from disclosing the facts to Court or any Police Officer and should not tamper with evidence.

(c) The Applicant shall report to the concerned police station on 29th and 30th August 2022 between 2.00 pm to 5.00 p.m and thereafter as and when required by the Investigating Officer. The Application is allowed in the aforestated terms. ( SMT. BHARATI DANGRE, J.) Tilak
