Heard learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

By this application, the applicant seeks permission to travel to Hongkong from 2/9/2015 to 6/9/2015 for business purpose . He has annexed the travel schedule which is at page 28 of the said application. He submits that on previous occasions, this Court has permitted him to travel abroad and that he has not misused the liberty granted to him. Learned APP does not dispute the same. 3.

Accordingly, the application is allowed on the following

ORDER

i) The applicant is permitted to travel to Hongkong from 2/09/2015 to 6/09/2015.

ii) The applicant to furnish details of his address and mobile number to the concerned Police Station and on his return the applicant shall inform the concerned police station of his return.
