Mr. Satish Doke, who present-in-person, initially stated that there are some security issues on account of which he is reluctant to consent to the transfer of proceedings to the Thane Court. However, later on, Mr. Doke submits that he has no objection if the proceedings are transferred to the Thane Court. 2.
These proceedings have been instituted in the Bandra Court. The applicant otherwise lives at Thane alongwith minor daughter Arya/Surya, who stated to be about 4 years of age. The applicant is stated that she is working in Zilla Parishad School at Kudwal Pada, Bhiwandi.

Taking into consideration all these aspects, it is only proper that the proceedings in Hindu Marriage Petition No.A-1408 of 2016 presently pending before the Family Court at Bandra are transferred to the Family Court at Thane. This is ordered accordingly. 4.
The Registrar of Family Court at Bandra to do the needful within a period of four weeks from today. The parties to appear before the Principal Judge, Family Court at Thane on 22.03.2018. In case, any parties do not appear, the Family Court, to issue notice for appearance.

Accordingly, the Misc. Civil Application, is therefore, disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
