P.C.:- By an Order dated 26th July, 2018, the Applicant was granted interim relief and was directed to attend the concerned police station on stipulated dates.

The learned counsel appearing for the Applicant submitted that, the Applicant and the first informant have settled the matter amicably and accordingly a decree has been passed by the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Nashik in Special Civil Suit No. 489 of 2016. A photocopy of the said decree is tendered across the bar. The same is taken on record.

In view of the settlement between the parties, interim 1/2

ssm 2 8-aba1490.18.doc relief granted by an Order dated 26th July, 2018 is hereby confirmed. However, the condition to attend the Investigating Officer/concerned police station is waived.
