Perused the application. Sufficient cause is made out for restoration of the Writ petition which was dismissed for nonprosecution on 12 July 2016. Place the Petition on board as per its C.M.I.S date. As far as restoration of the status-quo is concerned, by virtue of dismissal of the suit, status-quo has come to an end on 12 July 2016. Therefore, Petitioner will give notice to the Respondent and file affidavit of service afresh and thereafter move for restoration of the ad-interim order.
