The above Petition takes exception to the order dated 2-12-1998 passed by the Appellate Authority i.e. the State Government. By the said order, the cancellation of the Petitioner's eating house licence vide order dated 18-7-1998, passed by the Commissioner of Police, Navi Mumbai, came to be confirmed. None appears for the Petitioner. It seems that the Petition on account of passage of time and also on account of change in policy of the State Government, has turned infructuous. The Petition is accordingly dismissed for non prosecution.
