As regards the applicant in A.B.A. No. 3540 of 2022, the learned APP submits that Mandi Police Station, Dist. Mandi, State of Himachal Pradesh arrested him on 29 December 2022. It is submitted that the applicant is involved in six more crimes of similar nature. Considering these facts, I am not inclined to entertain his application for anticipatory bail.
