The First Bail Application No. 2619 of 2014 filed by the applicant/accused was rejected by this Court on 17th July, 2015. Thereafter, accused no. 1 Murgya was released by the Sessions Court on bail on the medical ground. The applicant/accused is behind the bar from 10th February, 2014, i.e., since last 21⁄2 years, hence this second Bail Application.

The learned counsel for the applicant/accused submitted that these two grounds are to be considered and the trial has not yet started. The applicant/accused is behind the bar without trial.

Learned APP opposed this Application and informs the Court that accused Murgya was released on bail on medical ground. 4.

The grounds contended before the Court are not the valid grounds to entertain the second Bail Application. Hence, Bail Application is rejected. (MRIDULA BHATKAR, J.)
