DATE : 06 SEPTEMBER 2022 P.C. :- By this Petition, the Petitioner is seeking to question the action of Respondent No.1 in freezing the Bank Account where the compensation in respect of the acquired land in question was deposited and directing the Petitioner to remain present on the spot to hand over the possession by communication dated 26 July 2022. The learned AGP states that if the Petitioner remains present and hands over the possession, the account which is frozen would be defreezed.
