1] After the application was argued for some time, we expressed our disinclination to grant any relief and continue any ad interim order further, on instructions, Mr. Vaishnav seeks leave to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the trial Court with an application for discharge from the criminal case.

2] In view of the statement of Mr. Vaishnav, this criminal application is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed. It is disposed of as above.
