P.C.:- Mr. Joshi, learned counsel for the Applicant, on instructions from the Applicant who is personally present in the Court, submitted that, the Trial Court has already framed charge in Special case No.481 of 2018 and therefore, the present Application impugning Order of rejection of discharge application, has become infructuous. Revision Application is disposed off, as infructuous. As the Applicant has been suspended from employment in the present crime, the learned Additional Sessions Judge, (Special Judge), Pune seized of Special Case No.481 of 2018 is requested to expedite the hearing of the said case and to make an endeavour to conclude the same within a period of one year from today.
