I am informed that the charge-sheet is submitted in the Trial Court.

The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in crime no. 58 of 2022 registered with Dadar Sagari police station for the o1ence punishable under sections 306, 498A, 323, 504 r/w. 34 of IPC. 5.

The case of the prosecution is, the deceased was married with the brother of the applicant on 15/01/2022 and committed suicide on 27/06/2022.

The main accused i.e. husband of the deceased is already arrested in view of the presumption u/s 113A of the Indian akn 1/2

2/2 20.ABA.2213.2022.doc Evidence Act as the death is caused within a period of six months from the date of marriage.

However, as far as the applicants are concerned there is hardly any material on record to connect them in the crime in question, which warrants their custodial interrogation. 8.

As such, Ad-interim protection stands con8rmed. 9.

In the event of arrest of applicants in crime no. 58 of 2022 registered with Dadar Sagari police station for the o1ence punishable under sections 306, 498A, 323, 504 r/w. 34 of IPC, applicants be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.25,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount. 10.

The applicants shall attend the Investigating O:cer from 10/10/2022 to 14/10/2022 between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon and thereafter as and when directed.

The applicants shall neither in;uence the witnesses nor tamper with the evidence in any manner.

The application stands disposed of.
