However, by way of last chance, time granted upto 22nd September 2021 is extended upto 31st October, 2021 with an understanding that no further extension on whatsoever count will be allowed. 2] Needless to clarify that in case if the amount as ordered is not deposited, Applicant shall surrender to his bail bonds or else, Investigating Officer shall be at liberty to take the Applicant in custody.
