The learned Counsel who used to appear for the petitioner appears today and states that the petitioners have taken away the case papers/documents from him. He states that the notice is sent by the advocate for the petitioner and has also been returned unserved. Shubham

Taking into consideration, the aforesaid circumstances, it is apparent that petitioners are no longer interested in pursuing this petition which is pending since the year 1998. 5.

Accordingly, this petition is dismissed for non prosecution. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
