Sr.No.903 Appa 1338.16 3.

It appears that on earlier occasions, permission had been granted to the present applicant to travel abroad by orders dated 10th January, 2014 and 16th December, 2014, passed in criminal application Nos. 9 of 2014 and 1577 of 2014 respectively. The record shows that on earlier occasions, the applicant had complied with the conditions imposed on him while allowing him to travel abroad. In that view of the matter, we do not find any impediment whatsoever in permitting the applicant to travel abroad.

4.

We, accordingly, allow this application and grant permission to the applicant for traveling to Dubai (United Arab Emirates) for the period commencing from 22nd November, 2016 to 30th November, 2016 on the condition that the applicant shall furnish to the police, the address at which he would be available and would be residing in Dubai and also furnish the telephone numbers on which he can be contacted at Dubai, if the need arises. In addition thereto, the applicant on his return, shall submit a necessary praecipe to this Court intimating his return from Dubai.

5.

The criminal application is allowed on the terms mentioned herein above.
