We are of the view that the purpose of this Petition would be well served if appropriate directions are issued to the Appellate Authority, i.e., Respondent No.1 to decide the Appeal expeditiously and in a time bound manner. Accordingly, we direct the Respondent No.1 to decide the Appeal being Appeal No.6 of 2022 filed by the Petitioner, in accordance with law and as expeditiously as possible after giving due opportunity of the Amol D. Nawale

502.wp.9405.2023.doc hearing to the Petitioner. The Appeal shall be disposed of, in accordance with law by the Respondent No.1 within four weeks from the date of the appearance being filed by the Petitioner before the authority.

The Petitioner shall appear before the Respondent No.1 on 1st August, 2023 at 11.30 a.m.

We direct that no coercive action shall be taken till receipt by the petitioner of the communication regarding the final disposal of the Appeal against the subject building. 5.

Writ petition is disposed of in above terms.
