Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the 2nd and 3rd Respondents. The learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners states that hearing of the Show Cause Notice has been fixed tomorrow before the Deputy Registrar of Co-operative Society, Kolhapur City, Kolhapur. Considering the limited challenge, we dispose of the petition by passing the following order.

(A) The order passed on the Show Cause Notice at Exhibit 'A' be served to the petitioners. If the order passed is adverse to the Petitioners, the same shall not be implemented for a period of two weeks from the date of service of the order. (B) All the contentions on merits of the Show Cause Notice are kept open.

(C) All concerned to act upon an authenticated copy of this order.
