The only relief claimed in the petition is to direct respondent no.1 to consider and take appropriate decision on the petitioner's application dated 16.8.2012 Exh. C filed under section 149 of the Maharashtra Land Revenue Code for mutation of the entry of petitioner's name in respect of the property described in the said application. Keeping in view the aforesaid limited prayer, we dispose of this petition by directing respondent no. 1 to consider and take appropriate decision on the said application dated 16.8.2012 Exh. C in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably within three months
