This court has already granted relief of interim nature in favour of the present applicants who are the parents of Ninad, the main accused. Against him suicide note is left behind by the deceased but blame is put only on Ninad. Considering the nature of the relationship which the deceased was having with Ninad and other circumstances, this court holds that there is no need of custodial interrogation of the present applicants, parents of Ninad. Protection needs to be given to them. Application is allowed. Interim relief granted is confirmed. (T.V.NALAWADE, J.)
