Heard learned counsel for the parties.

By this Application, the Applicant seeks Transit Anticipatory Bail in connection with C. R. No. 79 of 2016 registered with the Anjuna Police Station, Goa for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 384, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471, 474, 109, 114, 115, 182, 193, 199, 200, 205, 201, 120B r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code for a period of four weeks to enable the Applicant to take appropriate steps and approach the competent Court of law within the said period. The Applicant is a resident of Mumbai and seeks transit anticipatory bail to

approach the appropriate Court, for filing an appropriate application seeking appropriate reliefs in the aforesaid C. R. 3.

Accordingly, the Application is allowed. The Applicant is granted transit bail for a period of four weeks i. e. the Applicant shall not be arrested for a period of four weeks from today to enable her to approach the appropriate Court for seeking appropriate reliefs, on the following terms & conditions :-

O R D E R

(i) In the event of the Applicant's arrest in connection with C. R. No. 79 of 2016 registered with the Anjuna Police Station, Goa, the Applicant be enlarged on transit bail, for a period of four weeks from today, on executing P. R. Bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000/-, with one or two sureties in the like amount;

(ii) During this period, the Applicant shall approach the appropriate Court and seek necessary orders.

It is made clear, that this Court has not considered this Application on merits.

The Application is accordingly disposed of.
