The Application is filed for relief of anticipatory bail in Crime No.54 of 2017 registered in Railway Police Station, Solapur for the offences punishable under Section 397 of Indian Penal Code. Both sides are heard. The papers of investigation were made available to this Court for perusal. 2.

It is submitted that as per the instructions given by this Court the Applicant went to the Police and co-operated with the Police during investigation. The Investigating Officer is present in the Court. Applicant's name was not specifically mentioned in the FIR though it can be said that he was known the complainant. Due to all these 18th August 2017

14-ABA1384-17.DOC circumstances and submissions made through APP by the Investigating Officer, this Court holds that protection needs to be given to the Applicant.

The Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed. Adinterim relief granted in favour of the Applicant is confirmed.
