The above Civil Application has been filed for bringing the heirs of the Respondent No.3 on record i.e. Respondents No.3(a) to 3(d) and for condonation of delay in filing the application. The Learned Counsel Shri. Ravi G. Shinde states that he has instructions to appear for the Respondents No.3(a) to 3(d). However, in so far as the name of the Respondent No.3(a) Suresh Sambhaji Pasalkar is concerned, his alias name "Bhau Sambhaji Pasalkar" should also be shown in the cause title. Hence the name of the Respondent No.3(a) should read as Suresh alias Bhau Sambhaji Pasalkar. The Civil Application is allowed by accepting the reasons mentioned for the delay. The heirs of the Respondent No.3 are BGP.

CAW-2051-14.doc 04.03.2015 accordingly allowed to be brought on record. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from date. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
