Learned APP submitted that in spite of communication issued to the Petitioner, the Petitioner has failed to appear before the investigating officer for recording his statement. Learned counsel for Petitioner states that the Petitioner will appear before the investigating officer tomorrow between 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. 2.

In case Petitioner appears before the investigating officer tomorrow, the investigating officer shall record his statement and take appropriate decision after recording his statement on its own merits.
