Heard learned counsel for the Applicants and learned APP for the Respondent - State.

By this application the applicants seek extension of time to furnish the surety amount. The applicants were arrested for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 307, 326, 324, 504, 506(2) r/w 34 of the Indian Penal Code and were enlarged on bail vide order dated 7th January, 2015 after completion of the investigation and after filing of the charge-sheet, on the condition of executing P.R.Bond of Rs.30,000/- with
2/2 917-appln527,2015 one solvent surety in the like amount. It appears that the Sessions Court had granted time for furnishing the surety and the applicants were enlarged on a cash bail of Rs.25,000/- each. It appears that initially the applicants had sought an extension before the learned Sessions Judge and thereafter before this Court. Vide order dated 31st July, 2015, this Court extended the time for furnishing the surety upto 20th August, 2015, by way of last chance.

Learned Counsel for the Applicants state that the Applicants have furnished the requisite surety and that the same is pending verification. He prays that the period be further extended by a period of three weeks.

Only by way of indulgence, time is extended by a period of three weeks from today to furnish the surety amount. 6.
The Application is accordingly disposed of.
