In this civil application, the applicants seek to bring on record the legal representatives of some of the deceased respondents by seeking condonation of delay to setting aside abatement. Again sufficient cause has been shown and therefore, the delay is condoned.

Abatement is set aside and leave is granted to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased respondents. 3.

Necessary amendments to be carried out within a period of four weeks from today.

The Civil Application for condonation of delay is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
