This is an application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. filed by the aforesaid Applicant apprehending his arrest in C.R.No. 3316 of 2019, registered with the Railway Police Force (RPF) Police station for offence punishable under Section of 143 of the Railways Act. 2.

By order dated 25.07.2019, this Court (Coram: Revati Mohite Dere, J.) had released the Applicant on interim bail with direction to report to the Investigation officer on the given dates. It is stated that the Applicant had reported to the Investigating Officer and copps

16 aba 1592-19.doc operated with the investigation. It is stated that the investigation is completed and chargesheet has been filed before the Railway Court, JMFC, Kalyan and the case has been registered as Criminal Case No.1202 of 2019.

Since the investigation is completed and presence of the Applicant is not required for custodial interrogation, interim protection granted by order dated 25.07.2019 is extended for a period of three months with liberty to the Applicant to apply for regular bail before the trial Court.
