By this application, the applicant seeks his enlargement on bail in connection with C.R.No.122 of 2015 registered with the Pydhoni Police Station, Mumbai, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 370, 370(A), 376, 363, 343, 344, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. 2.

Learned Counsel for the Applicant states that the applicant is a juvenile in conflict with law. He states that the applicant has not been produced before the Juvenile Court.

Learned APP on instructions of the Investigating Officer who is present in Court states that the Applicant will be produced before the Juvenile Court today.

In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned APP, on the instructions of the Investigating Officer, who is present in the Court, the learned counsel for the applicant does not press this Application and seeks to withdraw the same.

The Application is accordingly disposed of as withdrawn. 6.

It is made clear, that the application has not been considered on merits.
