By a detailed order dated 20.8.2015, the applicant was granted interim protection by this Court. The learned Special P.P. on instructions submits that the investigation pertaining to the present crime is completed and the papers pertaining to the investigation has been forwarded to the Narcotics Commissioner, Gwalior for its approval and therefore the custody of the applicant is no more required to the Investigating Agency.
