The Contempt Petition has been filed alleging breach of the order dated 29th November, 2018, whereby the Petitioner's Application under Section 41(a) to (d) of the Bombay Public Trust Act was directed to be disposed of by Respondent No.4 within three months.

Learned AGP has placed on record the letter dated 26th August, 2019 stating that Application has been decided. In view of the above, learned Counsel for the Petitioner does not press for the Contempt Petition.
