Pursuant to the order dated 25 October 2016, learned proposed arbitrator has filed statement of disclosure under section 11(8) read with section 12(1) of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996. The statement of disclosure is accepted.

Shri Narendra Gupte Advocate is accordingly appointed as a sole arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute and differences between the parties. The parties shall co-operate in the expeditious disposal of the arbitration proceedings and shall not seek unnecessary adjournments. The Arbitration Petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. The parties are directed to appear before the learned Arbitrator on 6 February 2017 at 10.00 am.
