By now, it is expected that the notice of motion itself may have been disposed of. In any case, the learned Trial Judge is directed to dispose of the notice of motion, on its own merits and in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of the authenticated copy of this order. At this stage, it will not be appropriate to grant any ad-interim reliefs.

Upon disposal of main appeal, the civil application seeking stay does not survive and the same is also disposed of. 5] The Registry is directed to forward an authenticated copy of this order to the City Civil Court at Greater Bombay within two weeks from today..
