Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

The learned Counsel for the applicant submits that in the intervening period charge-sheet has been lodged. 3.

This Court had granted interim protection on 7th August, 2023 recording inter alia that the applicant is the sister of the principal accused, who has been arraigned for the offences punishable under Section 376(2)(i)(n), 366, 342, 323, 504, 506 and Sections 3, 7 and 8 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012. The role attributed to the applicant appears to be not allowing the victim to leave the house.

In view of the aforesaid nature of the accusation against the applicant and the fact that the investigation is complete for all intent and purpose and charge-sheet has been lodged, I am inclined to make the order of interim bail absolute. 5.

Hence, the following order:

: O R D E R :

(i) The order of interim bail dated 7th August, 2023 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein.

(ii) In addition, the applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court.

Application stands disposed.
