The learned APP on instructions submits that in pursuance of order dated 26th November, 2015 the applicant did attend the Investigating Officer and cooperate with the Investigating Officer. She further submits that custodial interrogation of the applicant is not necessary.

In the circumstances the interim protection granted to the applicant dated 20th August, 2015 is hereby confirmed.

However the applicant is directed to attend the Investigating Officer between 10.00 pm to 2.00 pm as and when called for the purpose of investigation. It is needless to mention that before calling the applicant for the purpose of investigation, the Investigating Officer shall issue a notice in writing under section 160 of the Cr.PC.
