The grievance of the petitioner is that though the respondent No. 2 Educational Institution has sent the proposal for approval of the petitioner on the post of Jr. Clerk on 28.2.2013 but till date the respondent no. 1 Education Officer has not taken any decision on the said proposal. Having considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner as also the learned AGP for respondent nos. 1 and 3 we dispose of this petition by directing the respondent no.1 Education Officer to consider the said proposal

507-wp-8969.2015.sxw and take appropriate decision on it as expeditiously as possible but not latter than two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh detailed representation with supporting documents before respondent no.1 With the aforesaid, directions, petition is disposed of. (M.S. SONAK, J.)
