By way of present application, applicant / appellant who is presently lodged in Nashik Road Central Prison as Convict No. 10328 has prayed for early hearing of the appeal. It is submitted in the application that the applicant is behind the bars since last eight years. He was the sole bread winner of the family and the family consists of his old age mother and two minor daughters. It is submitted in the application that old-aged mother of the applicant is required to undertake all household affairs and also to look after the minor daughters.
