Mr.Lote states that respondents No.1a to 1g are served in Civil Application No. 1652 of 2013 as per affidavit of service filed by the applicants. However, none appears on their behalf. In view thereof and for the reasons stated in the application, Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a), (b) & (c) with no order as to costs. Amendment in the main appeal shall be carried out within 14 days from today.
