This Civil Application is moved for withdrawal of the amount deposited by the Insurance company. The Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Islamapur, by its order dated 9.10.2015 in MACP No.19 of 2014, has granted compensation of Rs.10,44,970/- alongwith interest @ 7% p.a. to the injured Applicant / Prajakta, who was a minor, at the time of the accident.

Mr.Mehta appears for the Appellant - Insurance Company and has opposed the application.

For the reasons mentioned in the Civil Application, the applicant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the Insurance company, subject to furnishing the usual undertaking before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Islampur. 6.
