The petitioner has impugned the orders dated 13th December, 2012 and 2nd April, 2013 passed by the Revenue Minister in respect of the mutation entries. The petitioner has already filed a civil suit. The orders passed by the learned Revenue Minister is subject to the outcome of the civil suit already filed by the petitioner. Writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
