After arguing the matter for some time learned counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is in custody for more than 5 years, the trial may be expedited. He has instructions to withdraw the application. 2.

Learned APP informed that the trial has commenced and the first witness is to be examined on February 1, 2023. 3.

Considering that the trial has commenced and taking an over all view of the matter, the trial Court is requested to expedite the trial, preferably within a period of one year from February 1, 2023.
