P.C.:- 1) At the outset, Mr. Bansode, learned Advocate for Respondent No.2 submitted that, after the completion of the investigation of the present Crime i.e. C.R. No.353/2022 registered with Kasarwadavli Police Station, the police have submitted charge-sheet. 2) In view thereof, Petitioners are having alternate statutory remedy under the provisions of Cr. P. C. before the trial Court. 3) By reserving the said alternate remedy, Petition is disposed off.
