The grievance of the petitioner is that tough the Director of Education respondent no.1 has recommended that the Petitioner school at village Andarsul, Taluka Yeola, DistrictNashik should be included in the master plan on the basis of the communication received from Divisional Deputy Director dated 15th September, 2012 vide communication dated 18th October, 2012 (Exhibit A) made to the State Government but till date no decision has been taken by the State Government on the said recommendation as yet.

rpa 2/2 wp-150-17.doc Keeping in view the aforesaid, we dispose of this petition by directing the respondent no.4 State of Maharashtra through Additional Secretary, School Education to take appropriate decision on the basis of the letter dated 18th October, 2012 (Exhibit-A) sent by the Director Education as expeditiously as possible and preferably within three months from the date of receipt of copy of the said order.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
