Heard the learned counsel for the applicant.

This application is preferred by Insurance Company for condonation of 28 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the award dated 14.3.2014 passed by MACT, Kolhapur in MACP No.565 of 2009.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Mohite 1/2

"(a) Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the delay of 28 days in filing Appeal against the the Judgment and Decree dated 14.3.2014 passed by The Learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal Kolhapur in M.A.C.P. No.565 of 2009, may kindly be condoned."

B) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
