Mr. Nimbalkar, learned counsel for the appellant, having taken instructions from his client, makes a statement that he does not want to press the Appeal and the appellant will surrender before the Sessions Court within two weeks from today and thereafter will file an application for regular bail. Statement accepted. The Appeal is disposed of. 2.
In the event after surrender, the appellant files an application for regular bail, the concerned Sessions Court shall dispose of the same expeditiously.
