Learned APP is assisted by Ms. Yogita Joshi, learned counsel for the complainant.

I have perused the FIR and investigation papers with the assistance of Ms. Swapna Kode and learned APP. 4.

Applicant is seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.593 of 2021 registered with Khar Police Station, Mumbai for the offence punishable under Sections 326, 504, 506(2) and Section 37(1) and 135 of Maharashtra Police Act.

Injuries suffered by the complainant are simple in nature.

6.

However, I am informed that there are criminal antecedents of similar nature against the applicant. Offence is punishable under Section 326 of the IPC wherein punishment prescribed is more than seven years.

In the aforesaid background, no case for grant of bail is made out.

Application as such is rejected.

9.

In view of disposal of application, intervention application also stands disposed of.
