The learned A.G.P. submits that by an order dated 14th February, 2014 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.2518 of 2012, this Court had directed the Caste Scrutiny Committee to decide the subject caste claim within a period of four months from 3rd March, 2014. It is submitted that Prabhakar Waghere filed a Special Leave Petition in the Apex Court challenging the order passed by this Court on 14th February, 2014. The said Special Leave Petition was disposed of in the month of April 2015. The learned AGP submits due to this development, the Caste

rpa 2/2 cp-116-15.doc Scrutiny Committee could not decide the matter within the stipulated time frame, as prescribed by this Court. The learned AGP on instructions submits that on 17th August, 2015 the Caste Scrutiny Committee has finally decided the caste claim of the petitioner.

In view of the submissions advanced, we are of the view that no action is required to be initiated against the respondents herein. Contempt Petition is disposed of. (S. B. SHUKRE, J.) (NARESH H. PATIL, J.)
