In the interest of justice and for the reasons mentioned in the application and also in view of the oral submission made by the learned Counsel for the applicant/petitioner, the delay of 167 days in filing the present application is condoned. The order dated 01/02/2018 passed by the Registrar (Judicial-I) refusing registration is set aside. Writ Petition is restored to the file subject to removal of all office objection within 3 weeks from today.
