1] Heard the petitioner party in person. After arguing for some time, the Petitioner-party in person, who is present before this Court through video conferencing prayed for withdrawal of the Writ Petition with liberty to pursue the other remedies available under law, before the competent court i.e. Court of Magistrate or the Civil Court. If the Petitioner-party in person is already prosecuting certain proceedings either civil or 1/2
(1)APPW-293-18.doc criminal before the competent judicial forum, the same shall be decided on their own merits without being influenced by withdrawal of present Writ Petition.
2] As such, the Petitioner-party in person is allowed to withdraw the present Writ Petition with liberty as prayed for. Writ Petition stands disposed of as withdrawn.
3] In view of disposal of the Writ Petition no orders are required to be passed on Criminal Application No.293 of 2018. Hence, the same also stands disposed of.
