Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner for some time.

The petition is filed in the year 2018 with the principal prayer of transfer of investigation in respect of Crime No.49 of 2015 registered at Panvel Railway Police Station, Panvel. Learned APP, on instructions, submitted before this Court that before filing of petition itself, initially the investigation was conducted through Panvel Railway Railway Police and subsequently the same was transferred to Crime Branch, Railways, Mumbai, and the concerned police inspector had submitted "A-Summary" report to the competent Court, i.e., the Court of JMFC, Railways, Kalyan, district Thane, and vide order dated 30th January 2017, approval to said "A-Summary" report was granted. patilsr 1 / 2 by SACHIN RAMCHANDRA PATIL Date:

In view of the above facts, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the Petitioner prayed for withdrawal of petition with liberty to file appropriate proceedings as per the provisions of law. Accordingly, the petition is allowed to be withdrawn with liberty as prayed for. 4.
