1] Learned counsel for the Respondent submits that this Writ Petition is filed against the order dated 23/11/2015 passed by the Industrial Court, Mumbai, below the Application at Exhibit-2 whereby the present Petitioner was directed not to evict the Respondent from the transit accommodation till the disposal of the said complaint. 2] It is submitted that the Complaint (ULP) No.121 of 2015 in which this order was passed is already dismissed on 30/06/2018. 3] In view thereof, as this Writ Petition has become infructuous, it stands disposed of.
